The EAC is a contemporary art center with a unique collection of abstract art in France, the Albers-Honegger Donation.

The Albers-Honegger Donation, classified as National Treasure, offers the public a collection of 618 works representing the multiple trends of geometric abstraction.
Located in the Castle Park, the eac. unfolds on three buildings: temporary exhibitions on the first floor of the Castle (built at the beginning of the 16th century and with a triangular shape very rare in France), the permanent collection in a contemporary building (2004, architects: Annette Gigon and Mike Guyer) and Educational Workshops, below the Esplanade du Château (1998, architect: Marc Barani).
The Espace de l'Art Concret develops its artistic, cultural and educational activities around three complementary missions:

- A mission to preserve and enhance the Albers-Honegger collection
- A research mission, based on temporary exhibitions and artist residencies that allow for the creation of links between the works in the collection and contemporary creation
- An educational mission to raise public awareness of today's art, through the action of educational workshops.
In parallel with its programming of temporary exhibitions, the eac. offers many mediation appointments: child-parent visits, guided tours, screenings ...

The Donation Albers-Honegger building has facilities for people with reduced mobility.
